i not know about 9887..but for me this player really good...really clear sound quality

i using usb 1 leh  and i only hav 1 genuine cd  as howie ask me go to buy. but, i cant listen any different with the mp3     u dun poison me anymore la!!!my pocket keep vomit blood nowadays
