finally made up my mind to get the NEX-C3 once it's launched officially on July 7th. moving from my good-old-still-rocking A300 for some portability. will get to try out the system end of this month for my Hong Kong trip.
was just wondering, are camera accessories much cheaper in HK? planning to get the case once I am there.
however, was quoted RM1540 for NEX-3K with 8GB. is it a good offer? RM1980 for the twin lens kit.

just passed my C3 to my parents coz I just love the better grip & magnesium body of the 5N. can't stand the poison ever since I fondle with it.  any idea which shop offers the best price for a 5N twin lens kit for now? a contact in one of the Sony style shops informed that his stock won't arrive till late Sep/early Oct. just got myself the NEX-5N twin lens hours ago. wanted to go for black somehow white looks somewhat less dull. currently charging it. will update on the clicking noise tomorrow. got it for RM26xx with 8GB SF-8NF and carrying bag LCS-BBF (enough space for either the 18-55 or 16mm alone)   thanks to bro wiNd for the recommendation. btw guys, where your C3s and 5Ns were made in? mine is Thailand. my good ol' A300 was made in Japan.

just registered the 5N's warranty and the default is a year but do give Sony a call to get it extended to 18 months.
will be attending Oktoberfest this weekend and gonna utilise the 5N to the max. coming from a old A300, the controls on the 5N are pretty hard to get used to, esp without the control dial for shooting modes and dedicated ISO buttons with now everything on the touchscreen.
