Try to watch the episode "Win Win" at youtube-just search "snsd interviews talkshow"-when asked who was the most ambitious among the soshi girls, maknae said she was aiming to become a diplomat, so she has been striving to improve her english language mastery. HyoYeon even said that maknae spends half of her free time studying and she (hyoyeon) was even once bothered when trying to sleep coz maknae is studying and apparently seohyeon was saying/mumbling about the things that she read during studying...

PTD is simply:working at the malaysian embassies/consulars in foreign countries-handling diplomatic matters for malaysia and the foreign host country~!
