I have a problem. I just got my ipad 2 today from online store. so when got back and try to charge it, instantly i feel static at the back of my ipad2 and feels tingling/numb on my finger. when i place on the table there is slightly vibration that i hear and feel.(buzz buzz sound)

Never. I have experienced this though when i sometimes plug in my iphone to my old ibook G4. Was never really bothered by it whenever it happens though, and might be unrelated to ts.
