I have read the first page. It did mentioned that we won't see all the 16GB memory space in Task Mgr...however, my breakdown is as follow:
Is it normal?

System Storage = 1.97GB

USB Storage = 11.50 GB

SD card= 0.00 GB

Total is only about 13.47GB.....is this normal.....remaining 2.53GB missing?

Today I went to Digital Mall and asked around for Sandisk 32GB MicroSD card....the price ranges from RM215 to RM280!...How come such a big difference?

Should I be worried about imitation? Are all the Sandisk 32GB same Class 4 speed?

I'm still not sure what MicroSD card to buy...sigh

what kind of defect? how to check?

Hmm...quite hard to see leh since I don't have 2 units to compare side by side....

So, anyone can advise on the Microsd card mentioned above? Big price difference? Safe to buy?

Hi guys, it's okay...just ignore this Celcom.Axiata guy....he is just going around seeking for attention only....maybe it makes him happy when someone reply his thread.....When I was in SGS thread, he is the same there...now in SGS2 thread....

For all we know, he might not even own any of this phones he mentioned about....but who cares, right?

Let's get back to talk about our fantastic SGS2! People can criticise all they want, but we still love our SGS2....untillllll SGS3 comes out...haha...




Btw, just for sharing, I have a friend who owns an iPhone 4....his jaws literally dropped when I showed him my old SGS with SPB 3D Shell launcher, followed by Swype texting, live wallpaper, different lock screens, etc.....he said ''aiyoh, I thought iPhone was the best until I see this...speechless!"

I just tried mine...no problem with mine.....

Btw, the reception was very good....SGS2 rocks...

Don't worry mate, it could just be a once off experience.....anyway, the brightness can adjust....maybe the sales promoter increased the brightness to maximum to show off the screen...haha...

I have been using a SuperAmoled screen on my SGS for 1 year and no problem with eye strain...just got my new SGS2 on 22nd June launch day and no eye strain problem with the SGS2 as well....

Perhaps, you should check it out again and set the brightness to Auto....go to settings/ display/ brightness...

With minimal use, a bit of call, sms, download/update from Market via Wifi, update weather, news, Cars Buzz etc via Wifi..., my SGS2 battery remaining 76% after 23 hours.....i think it is quite okay....

My existing SGS contract also left 2 months....they said cannot extend...need to cancel old contract first...and kena penalty RM500...in the end, i decided to get a new contract for my SGS2...coz with the RM799 offer, i couldn't resist it...haha

Ya, fortunately I was one of the 300....phew....queued for 3-4 hours

For those who changed from SGS to SGS2 like myself, can you help me to check something? especially those who still have their old SGS with them...

When I delete a SMS, in SGS2 it takes a little while and I can see the circle loading icon....but in my old SGS, deleting a sms is almost instant without the loading icon.....

Does your SGS2 have this loading icon when deleting a sms?

What about the rest of you SGS2 users out there? Can help me check?


My SGS2 is running on stock Rom.....my old SGS is running on Criskelo 2.3.4 ROM.....i wonder if it is ROM related....cannot be SGS faster than SGS2, right?
