I did the hard acceleration, floored the accelerator from static position till speed was around 120 kmph on a straight even road. I didn't notice the first few gear changes RPM, but what I notice is during mid gear, the RPM goes as high as 6.1k ~ 6.2k only it change to other gear, just right before the RED area of the RPM. This proves the specification was correct, max power at 6.2k    That's when I also noticed what cybermaster mentioned the car burning smell when back at the showroom.

that means it's a good system, otherwise you get lights going on and off like a circus

there is normally two sensors one front facing, one facing up, if forward facing detect light and up doesn't means it's an underpass only, no need switch lights on, if both sensors detect darkness, means either really dark or entering tunnel hence lights needed.

beofre this common joke was to manually switch on lights at every underpass to pretend to other drivers your car had auto headlamps

same goes for auto wipers, erratically switch them on and max speed to simulate auto wipers

For rattling sound, did you check it out by Kia SC? Loose screw?

I need to check it when I collect my car later this week. Sound coming out when u drive fast or whenever u on a bumpy road?
