Guys, im sure many of you have been waiting for this news for some time.

Well, after 5 months of analysis and 9 test drives, ive finally booked my Bright Silver K5 today in Ipoh. I chose this dealer because of a number of reasons:

1) best trade in value for my 2003 Vios 1.5E (RM38K)
2) Branch manager was polite, respectful & had good customer service standards despite my many delays since Feb.
3) even though i was a serious buyer, he refused to allow me to test one of the Optima's there saying its for a customer and its not ethical for him to do so. (I was merely testing him).
4) He also agreed to absorb all the runner costs for getting a KL number plate
5) He said he has stock for Silver arriving by end month which would allow me to get my fav WWR plate.

Now need to seriously look into trading in the Nexen tyres.

wah !! congrats !! and super congrats to the ipoh branch SA !! maybe he shud buy 7 digit jackpot !! 

how much difference was it (the vios) compare to kl here?

What about discount or freebies?

No discount/freebies. My target is higher trade in which sorta balances out. But i got them to absorb the runner fees as well.

I think that's fair consider we get discount n freebies in KL but you still win 1K over trade in. But I can sense they have internal deal to give u higher trade in. well, I could be wrong...

The highest i got in KL was 35K (1 place), while others were only about RM33K. So the trade in price difference is between 3-4K.

Congratulation!!! My Bright Silver already at showroom, will go and see her tomorrow. By end of this month will join K5 family 

Now i am thinking, can i survive with Nexen tire? Because when i test drove in One U last time, i didn't hear lot of noise from tyre... Probably i didn't go too fast...

What i meant to ask is.....how is it compared to cars like the Camry and Accord.

Will be going again, since my car alignment s pull left and behind passenger Door got sound .

Bro, I service my car at Selayang Dealer Service center call MPV nice guy manager Thomas serve me and explain to me about the car service procedure and warranty stuffs.

My 1st 1K KM service with wash spend me Rm272 only 1 hour to be done.

Will be going again, since my car alignment s pull left and behind passenger Door got sound .

I got my tinted free from my SA, ...... so no headache on that.

And call up another SA selling K5 logo 1set (front and back) Rm200

Or Eagle logo 1set (F and B) Rm200

Any 1 share? Share means we buy both .. Then is either u take front eagle logo back K5 logo
Then I take front K5 logo back eagle logo, Or terbalik..  Good idea? 

Rims 4 set logo = Rm120 (eagle or k5 can't remember)
