For your casing, the recomended CPU cooler height is 186.4mmmy case not gud ventilation....
So the NH-D14 will fit in your casing. If you're using low profile RAMs, then no problem
If you are using performance / gaming rams, then go over to noctua's site and check out the RAM compatibility list.
Other than that, the cooler cools like a beast
