bro, do u think that this cooler has enough clearance for A-data XPG v2.0 ram? it's 49mm height...and height of RipJaws as shown in the pic above is 40mm... I guess it wont fitted with fan attached but cooler alone...pls correct me if i'm wrong...as I'm going to get this one for my new pc

bro,

today back from work, reach home and spotted a big box on the table ---> Noctua D14, bought from Cex.

the whole process took about 45min to install the cooler and assembly back the system into casing. And i can say, this cooler can fit with A-data XPG v2.0 ram without any problem, either horizontally or vertically

just wondering, you mount it vertical or horizontal? I've changed mine to horizontal, cause I want to keep one PCI-E x16 slot free.

haha...as long as can get it done should be ok right?

I mount it vertically, in fact if horizontal could block my 1st PCI-E slot but no problem to fit ram in both direction
