btw.. i've try went Eric chong.. his wedding dress RM20K++ and evening dress RM10K++, my sis in law buy from him but i personally dont really like...
I love wedding gown in Designer Bridal Room... they have vera wang, anna sui and pronovias... Pronovias is my dream for wedding dress... Once u see their gown, u'll dream about it... price RM25K++...

for cheaper price u can try lis bridal gown, shiny gown....

There are many other options if you are cost conscious.

(1) Local seamstress / tailors

There are so many mushrooming everywhere. I am sure you've heard of THAT SPECIAL OCCASION, WHITE & LACEY, PRETTY IN WHITE & AFTERTWELVE.

The more famous ones are likely to be more expensive.

There are also some small time seamstress who does a good job too, like L&L Boutique in Endah Parade.

(2) Online made to measure

There are many people offering made to measure wedding services online these days. They are REALLY CHEAP. That is because you take your own measurements and send to them to be produced in their factories in China.

HOWEVER, you have to find one which is truly trustworthy. I've heard of many horror stories before. What you ordered and what you get can be COMPLETELY different. But there is nothing you can to get a refund/alteration cos you've already paid and the supplier probably wouldn't communicate with you anymore after that.

The easiest way to tell if you are getting a good deal is the price. Don't expect your dress to be great if you are paying USD 199 for it, especially from DHgate & Ebay (except for jeffliu).

There are some which are quite reputable & trustworthy, but they are not that cheap, but definitely better than those USD 199 ones.

Try www.duosheng.cn i heard they make GREAT replicas !! including PRONOVIAS & ELLIE SAAB (my favourite)!!! Prices ranges between RM1000 - RM2000 (depending on complexity and material)

or try this girl, caroline maroh. she is malaysian staying in Aberdeen UK. her seamstresses are in UK. She comes back every now and then to attend to her brides. i think her site is called www.diva-darling.com. she also specialises in designer replicas. Her price ranges between RM2000 - RM3000 (depending on the dress complexity and material).

But make sure if you are ordering online,do more homework, check for the suppliers ratings, reviews and comments from the clients. Also, never buy from a suppplier who has only sold a few pieces.
