Is there a proper method to increase my chest strength? I work out with my friends who could do bench presses much heavier than i do. I push myself to lift their weights every time we work out together but after few weeks i'm still struggling with a lot of support from them. i can lift it with support, i'm doing it for 4 sets.......or lifting without support would be better?
