I work out with my friends who could do bench presses much heavier than i do.
I push myself to lift their weights every time we work out together but after few weeks i'm still struggling with a lot of support from them.
Should i maintain to the weight i could manage or would lifting heavier weight help?
I'm taking ON whey currently but my diet is screwed
