 Wall tiles, fall down

hi bros, wall tiles in my bathroom fall down...
a few pieces on one side of the wall, others tiles seems fragile too..
tiles and other 3 side still intact..


issit possible to diy? or better get pro? and how come? the cement still glue on the wall, is the tiles come down like never install before.

there is cement/tile fix selling at dyi shop. it fall cause poor workmanship.

if i do myself, will it fall down later?
contractor recommend take/hack down all the tiles at that side, buy abt 90 pcs, hack and reinstall. cost rm900.

pain?

waah .. how big is the area to retile ... rm900 sounds a little steep if just redoing a small area ..

It seem like you need hacked the whole wall instead of glur few pieces.
From what I understand (base on contractor feedback), where you could see similar happen on some shop especially mamak toiler)

1) the tiles never wash before stack, as the tiles have chemical when out from factory.
2) the mixed of susu / cements not rights...
3) the wall didn't drill or relay cements before stack the tiles..

If you knew the contractor perhaps want to ask him, else get someone to do it, but than provide for Dust around the house cry.gif
