finally i get back my desire from sis warranty edi..
job done, change the motherboard..

same problem before and after changing my desire motherboard..
hang and reboot, keep rebooting only..

but then without sim card and sd card phone can use..
with only sd card also cannot..

send to sis warranty again?? @.@

hi guys,
i wanna root my desire again. the more i read from xda and 1st page, more confuse i am now..

i try (really).. i tried using unevoked method, but i am stuck..
i found that my hboot is 0.92, so i need to downgrade to 0.80 right? before i going further.. correct?

after that i need to root my desire, then S-off edi? what does the reason behind it?

then what is custom recovery? - CM7, amonra ?? reason ?

ADB ?? my pc show have this sign "!"

i have android interface edi..

i just flash my desire into cm7 7.1 rc1,

everything is OK la, but then i have problem with my contacts, i tried add my gmail contacts always failed.. but Emails ok..

now the baseband version using wat for more stable @ CM7 Rc1?

then about this etx2/3/4.. i did do it at this gparted.. i folo this noob proof guide... completely..
but what i get it no apsd
but sd card only have 11gb

download latest radio, i flash in recovery, ok, restart phone,
i think have error wat E;/ something
happen too fast..

reboot phone check baseband, remain unchange..

i have some problem again with my desire again.. T.T
been using cm 7 rc1 quite some time...
i had S-off my phone, alphaRev ...

just now i been trying getting into recovery mode as i wanna flash my radio again.. but i facing problem going into recovery mode, cannot edi.. why ar??

power button, recovery cannot, quick boot canoot also...

help.......

i now in a maze now..

my htc desire, is rooted, s-off and using cm7r1,

still functioning ok..

but now i wanna update the rom, then i need nadroid in recovery..
BUT

i cant get into recovery..
i only stuck at Hboot...
what i should do??
do i need hard reset my poor desire and start all over again ??

so i can get back my recovery and can just flash desire radio thru recovery??

hazril, i did try out the 4ext recovery but nothing seem happen when power off it and wanna go into recovery mode..

it still hangs at the hboot..

What you mean fastboot cannot bring you into recovery mode? Fastboot is it's own mode why would you..lol

I meant using fastboot mode to flash a new recovery.
hboot is different thing.

I suggest you use FASTBOOT USB MODE and use external softwares on PC to use any quick fastboot commands without having problems.

e.g: I using Fastboot Commander to run any fastboot flashing. There is Android Flasher too.

maybe i dont get this the right way

i did every step correctly but i still get the flash: failure..

then when reboot bootloader, try again also same result..
in hboot, select recovery will auto take me to fastboot again... doh.gif

last time wont be like this.. Hboot select recovery will bring me to my recovery mode...

guys, how to get back my recovery mode as i cant get into it recently,
maybe i did something wrong again ><
i try
- reboot- recovery, but went in to Hboot
- ROM manager- recovery mode, but go into Hboot
- Hboot- recovery mode, also go back to Hboot

i am stuck there forever !!

then another problem is
when i wanna use papago X5, gps signal lock, but wont navigate properly..

please advise..
