I think you can't.
Must root to do so.
Locked Bootloader, get warning if use older Froyo RUU.

If scared of voiding warranty go ask SIS how to downgrade, or request that they do it for you.
I already said you can't because of locked bootloader.

-Edit with moar sh!t:
You can't just factory reset because your phone doesn't keep the Froyo as a backup. Changing to Gingerbread is not like you just changed simple settings of the phone but you also change bootloader, kernel, etc etc. So you can't just 1 button go back. Perhaps you could contact HTC for assistance for reverting back.
Since when Go Keyboard has a pro version?

Hi ShinnKQ , thank u for ur advise. I have checked with HTC Tech Support and they ask me to go HTC Care Centre to replace with board if wanna revert back to Froyo and they said because already upgrade to GB the warranty void. But , i didnt see any warning message the warranty will void unless if we root and put custom roms.
I'm just flash using HTC GB firmware from HTC dev site.

And did HTC asked you to do as underlined? No. It's developer firmware so, yeah. Know the difference between OTA Updates and Developer Firmwares.  yawn.gif

Warranty voided if root and put custom Roms, of course.

Anyway I suggest you root and unroot via RUU  Froyo. May not work. Try consulting XDA experts.

You have to downgrade your HBOOT to 0.93 or so first though smile.gif...Good luck.

Nope i flash GB firmware from HTC Developer site and i'm just noticed this is for developer and not official rom for desire. And till now HTC still didnt roll out official GB rom for Desire.

They only said to revert back to Froyo need to go Centre and changed MainBoard.

How about i stick with current developer firmware and wait until official firmware come out?

Correction: HTC release the GB update via developer and not via OTA due to they afraid some function may not work.

Ok. Since i'm using HTC developer firmware now , what is your suggestion ?

Should i maintain with current one or how ?

Thanks.

Mine? Well. It depends, I never upgraded as it's probably nowhere near as good as the custom ROMs available.

I advise staying with it unless you have encountered very difficult issues. Most likely have to Root. But if you want to go back to Froyo you need to ROOT->Find A Way to Downgrade HBOOT->Unroot using Froyo RUU (Msia version) - Welcome back to Froyo. tongue.gif
So i'm still able to root my Desire and flash with custom Rom for Desire ?
