personally, i've switched to cm7/r2 hboot. i do suggest you to change to that as well since it gives you a larger partition of internal memory. you can always flash the downgrade.img if you ever feel like going back to stock hboot.

regarding your qs, go to this link, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.p...138&postcount=1
there's a download link for stock hboot. apparently, its for coolsensation v3. the latest version is v4, im not sure whether has coolexe come up with a flashable zip for the stock hboot users or not. you might want to ask around in his thread.  biggrin.gif

I have downloaded Cool3d sense v4. but i cant find the guide to S-off / switch to cm7. confusing now.

any guide?

Then you aren't searching hard enough.

http://revolutionary.io/

Use this to S-OFF.

Look for Fastboot Commander and use that during Fastboot mode on your phone (The red mode) Which shows FASTBOOT USB something then on the Fastboot Commander (PC), place your Cm7 image, flash. Done, do not forget to reflash+wipe or you will get bootloop.

If encounter problems, SEARCH. If cannot find on XDA, look @ our first few pages. If it's not there, then only post.
TQ.

I have search before ask question. I am confused thats why ask for clearer guide.

Last nite I have tried revolutionary but it desoe support my Hboot. mine is 0.80.0000 it is not listed there.

and first does not provide any guide to switch to CM7 Hboot or S-off.

First I need to S-off then install CM7 Hboot?

Cis, that's even easier !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

or

Just follow the vid Step 4 and then
use what I said earlier about FastBoot.
Please note there's a particular step to install CM7 hboot.
You need to wipe and then flash a CM7 hboot supported ROM, run it once, go back to bootloader, fastboot mode, flash CM7 hboot, go to recovery, reflash the same ROM again, then it should work (maybe need to wipe before reflashing) I forgot the steps but tinker around, a mistake can cause bootloop btw so yeah, just undo and go back to default hboot should allow you to boot if you really stuck.
since your hboot is so old, you can use the older methods (like mine)
Um, my speed after increasing the something from 128kb to 2mb speed went to optimum (around 3.5MB/s on Froyo Sense) but on GB (any) my speed is 750kb/s and is unaffected by the app above sad.gif.
That's how bloody slow it was.

so first thing first, in order to install a CM7 Hboot... first need to S-off.

I downloaded revolutionary and put in my virtual disk rom.

Tried restart and press F12 dvd rom to boot, but it doesnt come out the page like in video 4.

Try other than F12, F11, F10 etc. Until you get a boot option to choose what drive to boot from. rclxub.gif
More importantly is your Recovery, can you do anything with it? When you flash a new rom it shouldn't bother you that much since it will be different.

I dont have a CD for me to burn, is it possible to boot through magiciso virtual cd??

If dont S-Off cant continue with CM7?
