It should be automatically synced.

Check your internet connection.

If that's not the issue then check your Google account if any of your gmail contacts are still there?

Baseband can use the latest one, 32.56 but choose the 1 most suitable/whatever all about the same onli..

OTA 1 not sure. Try contacting HTC Customer Support. E-MAIL. Usually 1 working day to reply.

uSD one leh..ask them also.

But for own DIY while waiting,

take out from phone->use a uSD reader or adapter then check through the files-> Try to open files/music/video from it -> If no problem then transfer big files to it and retrieve -> copy everything out then put in a folder -> reformat -> put back -> try on phone -> same problem? -> die
