haha i am giving my sgs2 to my mum so i'll get my Desire back. Will use it alongside my One X. I am a complete HTC guy now, last time a Samsung guy cuz use SGS2 alongside Gnexus.

Using HTC really does feel at home. and Desire brings back so many memories. It helps me understand Android so much.

not sure. My Desire still standing strong after 2 years still good battery life. gaming, browsing, calling and texting. charge anytime needed.

yeah but try finding a trustable one. cuz they might change your original working parts. mine dropped like i dont know how many times, and still working 100%. no case, and it even have dent. durable phone i would say.

what roms you guys are using? been trying a lot of AOSP roms but never got satisfied. longest can hold using Sanvold's ICS but then i think i want to use Sense.

anyway, does Desire have the official Gingerbread?

i think got official. reading through Supernova right now. might download it tomorrow at the office.

i guess thats a CM7 base right? hmmm looking for sense and i think Supernova seems interesting to try.

currently using CM7.2.0.1. I dont know i have always have force closes on Phone.apk some times when people are calling me. it rings, but the screen never turned on and when i unlocked it. it FC and i didnt get to see who's calling me so i cant call back.

Happens ever since CM7.0~~ thats why wanna find Sense. slower but less buggy imo.

using supernova here. its been 2 years since my Desire touched any sense roms. i could say its fast! and stable! just what i need.

haha nice. i had few FC when using CM7 after awhile. So far with supernova its 400++ hours time without rebooting!

haha i used the 7.2.0.1 last time. well i had some macro lag when using AOSP roms i dont know why. Sandvold's ICS got me to 200++ uptime though.

i think possible all. but i use stock. oh i just bought Tasker yesterday. still havent play around. no task assigned yet. dont know what i want it to do.

yeah been wanting to buy it long time edy. got some money at disposal yesterday so i top up my debit card. I bought tasker, doubletwist alarm clock, ski safari, cerberus, and HD widgets. i think ok la for Rm47. hehe. after this i dont know what to buy anymore. i have pretty much everything in the top paid app list.

sanvold's ics are pretty stable for me. it depends on what you mean stable though. for me if its up for calls, msgs, and not rebooting in 3-4 days, stable enough. well its my 3rd phone for my daily usage so my demands for stability are lower than before.
