 Leakage on wall from neighbour upstairs, RM450 for liquid injection reasonable?

friend, that only can last temporary to show you no more leaking.
for the injecting you mentioned earlier, they just inject some liquid in your wall, but it does not means you already stop the water leak, the liquid just to stop the water come out from this wall. means water is finding another place to flow out.
