Details of the complaint :

I bought O.D.M. odm-design SU99-1 3 Touch analog digital touch-screen from DAViS after viewing his selling thread here in LowyatNet. From his thread, he ask people interested with his trade to view the item at his other website



As point out in the picture below, he is selling brand new watch and because he is wearing the Safe Trader tag, I'm confident that I can trust him. So I paid through credit card payment and after some hassle with the delivery I received my package on Thursday.




The first thing I noticed was that the watch time was different between analog and digital so I consult the manual to correct the time, I managed to correct the time on digital time but I can't move the analog dial even though followed instruction in the book and the instruction from DAViS.



Another thing that I noticed that the wristband look worn and have some minuscule scratch mark on the upper part of the band. I have asked about this to DAViS and he acknowledged that the item I just bought from him is a display unit



Since the analog is useless, he asked me to send it myself to service centre. He couldn't have not notice that the watch analog doesn't move if he claims it was a show/display unit. Maybe he is using me to save him some money from sending the watch himself for warranty claim.

Now I have to wait for 10 days(30/9/2011) for the watch since I've sent the watch for repair today. I've paid RM 736.27 and now watchless thanks to this dishonest seller.



What I want now is that DAViS Safe Trader tag be removed as this would confuse user in thinking that this seller actually good and believable and I want DAViS to refund me RM50 for the trouble I had to go to claim warranty for a new bought watch and Taman Shamelin Perkasa is a hell for parking and for selling me a display unit when he advertised it as NEW.

Sum it all, regret buying from him and hope others would stop buying from him. 

Yo lar. Some people like vanessa never had any problem with him. but once you had issue with his item, he won't give face to you.
