I agree. If WP7 Nokia phones sell badly, then MeeGo might still have a big future.
So far WP7 sales have been pretty poor. LYN WinMo/WP7 forums is the least active of all the Mobile Phone forums. |

Windows Phone 7 just "leaked" by Stephen Elop.
Nokia's first WP7 device codenamed Sea Ray breaks loose I bet it's because MeeGo was getting so much positive reaction, that Microsoft had to step in and "leak" some information about WP7 so people would still be interested in it. |

Microsoft should really change WP7's homescreen which looks like it was designed by a lazy student. Put a WP7 device next to an iPhone, an Android and MeeGo and the homescreen looks really dull.

I really don't get Elop. I really hope he's just saying all this to pacify Microsoft, but is really developing other cool stuff in the background.
It makes no sense to just invest in WP7 the OS with the lowest market share after WebOS. It's either Elop and Nokia are getting a lot of cash for the Microsoft deal or Elop's just a Microsoft fanboi. Either case Nokia's days at the top are numbered. WP7 is even harder to differentiate and customize than Android, so I don't expect many people to switch. |

They have dummy sets at Nokia Gardens MidValley. Even though they're just dummy sets the casing material used feels very good.
