wrong, usually transformable kit has the better articulation
due to they need to 'compress' when transform

lets ask Michael Bay direct a Gundam movie

how bout quad legs like some armored core mecha?

heck, even Vajra of Macross Frontier has better looking transformation

sounds like same case with Gundam AGE case

cos it's suppose to be higher mobility n higher manueverability than Zeta/ReZEL
so less armour to reduce weight

Newton's law still applies
wat slows down mobile suit with heavy armour arent gravity(weight)
but mass, which can have momentum n inertia even without presence of gravity
