Thanks Ailey for introducing Julie to me.. I went over to her place last night to board gugu and rocky there for the weekend.. Love her place and I am assured that my 2 babies r in good hands! She is really talented too, will buy a dress or two when I pick them up .. The only cons is that she is so far away! 30km from my place and I got kind of lost trying to find her place..

Yes it's them.. Ur right.. Rocky is super hyper active sometimes I can't control him too.. If only I live nearby, I,ll send them for day care too. I heard u bring one of yr poodles to the office? I wish I can do that!

I bought 8 packs of fish for dogs for gugu n rocky today.. Bought health n shine for gugu's tear stain too.. Hope it's effective.. They're goin over to auntie julie's boarding place again next week.. How's Messi btw? Smart handsome young man now??? My gugu n rocky r illiterate ... Doesn't go to school like Messi!

Last time my gaga also like that, she will pee whenever she is excited, especially after I comes back from work. So I just ignored her every time I come back and told my guests to do the same too and after a while she doesn't pee in excitement anymore. Maybe u should try that.

I never knew that police can summon for having a dog inside our car. If my knowledge of the law serves me right, there is no such law to say that it is an offense to have a dog in the car. If the police ever tries to summon you for that, ask him which law which act and which section of the act permits him to do so or else the summon is illegal and invalid! our dog is 'private property' and they have no right to take them away from us, if they say u have no license, tell them to get a arrest warrant from court first before handing yr dog to them!

research done. i think those police who summoned yr friends are referring to rule 23 of Road traffic rules 1959. there is a provision in that rule which refers to animals and how are they to be kept/handled when they are being transported on the road. Proper interpretation of the law refers to those livestocks such as chicken, cow that are to be ttransported from one place to another. those animals HAVE to be caged. and lastly, if they were to argue that dogs include those animals that needs to be caged, there's also a special exemption saying that all the rules relating to animals SHALL NOT BE APPLICABLE TO DOGS. ..


the reason why im doing this is to protect and prevent you guys out there from being summon for an offence that does not even exist. know your rights

Rule 23. Prohibition of animals on public roads.

No animals shall be led or driven on any public road or street between the hours of 6.45 p.m. and 6. 45 a.m. unless such animals are in charge of at least one adult person carrying a light visible within a reasoanable distance both in the direction in which such animals are being led or driven and in the reverse direction.

Rule 24. Control of animals.

No person shall lead, ride or drive any animal of whatsoever kind on a public road in such a manner as not to have proper control over the same or in such a manner as to cause danger or obstruction to traffic.

Rule 29. Animals to be secured.

Whenever animals are being led on a public road they shall be securely tied by the head and may be so secured to each other in batches of not more than three.

Rule 30. Animals, how to be secured.

Whenever animals are being led on a public road a competent person shall be in charge of each batch which he shall control with a chain or rope or other sufficient lead.

Rule 31. Animals in convoy.

Whenever animals are driven on a street they shall be driven in batches of not more than twelve

Rule 33. Animals to be attended.

(1) No animal which is on a public road shall be left unattended or in such manner as not to be under proper control.

(2) No person shall expose for show, sale or hire any animal on a road or the verge thereof.

(3) No person shall tether any animal on a road or the verge thereof.

Rule 34. Exemption.

Rules 23, 24, 29, 30, 31 and 33 (1) shall not apply to dogs.
