Need advise:

Is tail docking in Malaysia illegal? cause i saw some people selling the poodle with short tail, and some long.. the price also got different.

If legal to do tail docking, which vet at Malaysia does it?

One thing good in poodle is no smelly & no drop hair, easy to maintain no need everyday grooming.

I own a dark brown teacup poodle
As I'm staying in kl now, my little baby is currently staying with my parents back in my hometown. I wish to bring her over to stay with me in kl but I'm staying in an apartment and this little baby always barks non stop when she is left home alone. How to train her not to bark so much? because I'm afraid that I'd get complaint from neighbors if she barks too much.

Any advice?

Use dog muzzle for training, if she bark give her muzzle.
If after 3 days no bark already, your dog muzzle can throw away.

Or you don't want use muzzle.
If you don't mind she bark, just leave it, after a few days, she will auto no bark due to bark no people choi her.

There is no such law to make tail docking illegal in Malaysia, most breeders do it on their own rather than bringing to vet. As for which vet does it, perhaps you can try calling them up.

Hi, my poodle 4months plus, it's seem like it's always not full enuf, always find something to eat and even eat my plant. Anyone can advice till wat age they will stop this. It even jump to the dining table to get the food. he didn't bite the book or magazine but it like to bite cloth. i really headache. Pls advice.

you must control your poodle or he will control you.
you must teach him what must do, what must not do.
every owner had different ways to train own dog.
dog just like children, some stubborn, some calm, some do crazy!
Try use dog mouth muzzle to lock his mouth, when he bite or destroy your thing.
scold in front of your dog, and show him what he did.
ask him why he want do that, is that nothing to play?
until you feel that he realizes his guilty, and you willing forgive him only remove the dog muzzle.
try to cages your dog when he do wrong, give him some time to realizes his guilty.
leave him in cages for an hour don't go interact with him, if do interact just scold him 99.
P/S: Don't try to hit your poodle, this will make your poodle no trust in you.
