Just wanna ask at what circumstances I have to apply for dog license from MPPJ?

if u r using ur apmt's add, there is no way u can apply for a license.

and u dont need to coz those officers cant enter into ur unit as long as u dont open ur door.

buttttttttttt if u can get a landed prop's add then u can apply for one..this is to avoid any trouble when bruno is outdoors.

But uhh even though I'm staying in a condo but ocassionaly I have to bring him out right?

There won't be any issues I presume if I bring him out for walk, park, etc?

No..unless u r really really unlucky on that day..sometimes police can even stop u at roadblocks and summon u for having a dog inside ur car. Actually, if they wanna snatch away ur dog which is w/o a license, wat can u do?

So did you and the rest of dog owners apply license? Don't take the risk ma correct? Need to pay?

guys jux got a call from my gf...chacha condition suddenly turn worst before dis his perfectly fine..i left him with my gf for few months nia...they bring him to nearest vet and the vet said his distemper are coming back...im working now in taiwan ..i feel like going back and bring him to see dr lai but i cant leave jux like dat...feel like ....wat should i do ?

4 months back i bring him back and dr lai checked hes oredi freed of the virus coz the virus isnt in his body already...but last few weeks my gf family bring him to other vet for his skin problem..i dunno whether he contracted the virus again inside the vet clinic ....n my gf iz with me now...feel like going back....her family didnt have a clue wat to do ...

call dr.lai n ask if he's willing to do house visit

I never knew that police can summon for having a dog inside our car. If my knowledge of the law serves me right, there is no such law to say that it is an offense to have a dog in the car. If the police ever tries to summon you for that, ask him which law which act and which section of the act permits him to do so or else the summon is illegal and invalid! our dog is 'private property' and they have no right to take them away from us, if they say u have no license, tell them to get a arrest warrant from court first before handing yr dog to them!

My friend kena saman because of this few months back and the police wrote "Membawa haiwan peliharaan di dalam kenderaan tanpa sangkar" as the offense

research done. i think those police who summoned yr friends are referring to rule 23 of Road traffic rules 1959. there is a provision in that rule which refers to animals and how are they to be kept/handled when they are being transported on the road. Proper interpretation of the law refers to those livestocks such as chicken, cow that are to be ttransported from one place to another. those animals HAVE to be caged. and lastly, if they were to argue that dogs include those animals that needs to be caged, there's also a special exemption saying that all the rules relating to animals SHALL NOT BE APPLICABLE TO DOGS. ..


the reason why im doing this is to protect and prevent you guys out there from being summon for an offence that does not even exist. know your rights
