I was approached by Score A program MLMers today (more like kena cheated to go ). They explained the entire business scheme to me in 1 hour +.
This business is suppose to be supplying secondary school students with their education materials etc e-note, e-test, as a supplement to assist them pass their exams and even score A, while our job, is to introduce them to as many of the students as possible.
At the end I didnt joined because i want to do more research and understand what i am heading into.
i wish to ask anyone of you have experience in this business?
Is it a scam? Or is it a business opportunity like others that comes with risk? Can we really make passive income with that..? is score A program like other MLM etc cosway, amway where the income is life long?
Is it true that score A program is approved by the ministry of education because i failed to find any article about score A program on the official ministry website.
Come to think of it, they claimed its a growing business and 90% of the score a program student gets straight As, in a few years time, if it continues expanding like that, what will happen if most of our students score A in SPM? Grade A inflation?

Many of my friends and office colleagues had bought the program for personal use with children, but they are not selling members. They say the program is good. Not sure about the retail part.

This again ? The MLM thing by Score A itself is a worthless scam . The program is sub par , better buy workbooks/read books than using the program . I tried it before . Not interesting at all . The trial papers/past year papers must be done online and not to be printed , so it isn't flexible at all to revise on it . For the notes part , just an expanded textbook with extra diagrams and more words ... not interactive at all .
For Math / Science , do visit Khanacademy,.com , free of charge , over 4000 + videos that teaches you math and science from the very basic to university level . The videos were so good that Bill Gates , founder of Microsoft , gave him 1 M dollars , together with Google who also gave him 1 M dollars to continue his voluntary work . Now that , is what I call a good site .

Score A is definitely a scam!!! I have purchased it for my son, it's expensive and it's nothing more than regular exercises doing it online. I don't see how this can help my son score an A in his exam. My son is not interested in doing it anyway.

Different people have different approaches. This definitely cannot be considered a scam, it's considered as ineffective for your attributes.. There are hundreds of online courses that helped students in achieving high grades in the US, especially in the Advanced Placement or Honors classes, and this approach is trying to break its way into Malaysia. Though its ineffective now, I salute them for even try to introduce non traditional teaching method, though their price is definitely considered scamming looking at the manifesto they promised. However, TS had mentioned of the grade inflation. If this online course really helps an ace, then this version of inflation is the upside version, as opposed to the grade inflation due to low standards.

Well , I tried this SCORE A program when I was is Primary 6 , although the fees are quite expensive but its quite a good practise if your son/daughter does not like to face the book for a long period .
Between a book and a computer which one will you prefer to face with ? 10 peoples out of 8 may probably choose computer . Just my 2 cents .

The Score A programme is definitely legal, not a scam and it's endorsed. I would really advice other not to exaggerate its failure or ineffectiveness by using the word scam. You are misusing that word and confusing the TS of his question. It is not a scam, but it is not worth either. I would suggest you to opt from it. There's not much benefits to earn from it.

With their new policy, you better re-consider. As a member, MUST recruit or maintain account(pay fees) or else, your account will be deleted.
Been there, done that.
