Most Chinese restaurants except those opened by Chinese Muslim, are non-halal & there are lotsa Seafood restaurants which are Pork Free but without halal cert.

Nevertheless, there are still lotsa muslim frequent these seafood restaurants which I think should be OK to hold Annual Dinner kua..

One of the pork free restaurant that my company hold a function b4 - Fresh Unique Seafood at S13 PJ. Although pork free but not alcohol free hor..just like lala chong, they do cook those chinese cooking wine lala..
