You could try the following
Pied Piper Rapidkill pest control Ideal pest KL Pest control
Their prices differs as they use different products. Some use Imidaclopid, bayer premise, termiticide, agenda 25, etc

good experience with stopest.com.my - used the bayer agenda to spray and sure enough all traces of termites gone. also they were very good for follow up visits (FOC) and further inspection (also FOC). money well spend.

Agree. It is better to let the professionals handle the termite problem instead of DIY as what some guys in the forum were suggesting. The professionals will provide the guarantee as well as follow up. If you DIY, it may save you some money initially, but you may end up spending more later if the termites come attacking from some area that was not covered when you DIY initially.

X-Zen,
paid around 3k for bayer agenda. but mind you this is for securing 3000 sqft floor space. smaller area might be cheaper.
they do warrant 5 years and the price includes annual check-up and unlimited visits if any termites appear (they will treat the affected area and re-apply agenda where and if needed FOC). i actually only treated the outside despite having three door frames attacked inside. they treated the door frames too and pumped. this totally solved the problem. got some "left over" termites pushing some dirt out, called them - they came the next day (twice), checked the house in detail, treated the area and now all is totally quiet. considering i have no additional costs for at least 5 years (they say normally it will last up to 8 yrs) the cost is very competitive. also agenda seems to be the most efficient treatment available in the market (read on it). all the other products seem to require a completely closed barrier which is close to impossible to achieve. that is why i opted for agenda. at the end of the day its all to you though.

Probably because of their company's reputation anyway, I did not use them.
