Are *ALL* the bed bugs on the mattress? If some are hiding in cracks on the bed, pillows, cupboard, etc, then when you get a new mattress, it will reinfect.

Some mattress have a lot of places for bed bugs to hide in. Buy some cheap cloth, sew a large "cover" for the entire mattress. Make sure the stitch distance on the sewing machine is set small enough that the bed bugs cannot crawl through. Sew the thing shut so any bed bugs inside cannot get out to bite you. With this cover, it will be easier to see bed bugs on the outside. You can just use a vacuum.

nope, some of bed bugs hide in cracks on cushion, for what i can see its hideouts always near to where i sleep, if i change my sleep place then it follows,

(it's remind me of Red Alert 2, where you can move your primary construction, but i can't use nuclear on bugs)
anyway,thanks for the idea.....
(p/s: i heard somebody said that once the bed bugs here,it will stay forever.......oh god...help me)
How about you sleep on the other side of the room tomorrow night. But you lay down a line of glue traps from one side of the room to the other.

When I was a kid, we had bed bugs. Fortunately for us, that was just a short time before we moved to KL. I guess mom did a good job cleaning before the move. They didn't follow us though we took all the furniture and mattress with us.
