QUOTE(jasmineh2y @ Apr 24 2012, 07:26 PM) Ya.. change your mattress is the best solution. Or you can get industrial strength cling wrap (size is bigger than those we use on microwave food) and wrap your entire mattress in it, put on a mattress cover and sleep as usual. Boil water and soak bedsheet / casings in them, pour hot water over furnitures and cracks around the room, this kills of the eggs as well. Did 2 rounds of this for my grandparents' room and they seem to be gone. Baygone doesn't seem to work at all...

The effective way, takeout the bedsheet, pillow sheet and comforter to clean.
Than use the steam cleaner to clean the mattress, pillow etc. The steam cleaner generate high temperature steam heat which can penetrate deep into anything. The heat is enough to kill the bed bugs. Lastly vacuum it.
