windows blind can use on windows 7??
last time i used windows blind on my xp..
now i used windows 7..but dun want custom my theme..
windows 7 enough with the basic theme.. hehe..
i just change wallpaper..

do you like slideshow? I agree that there are no Best Theme, just personal taste.

if you like to see different picture on your desktop wallpaper, then it is really easy, grab all your favorite pictures, edit yourself, add something into it, and select slideshow, suggest 3 minute interval change.

you wont get boring to see all your favorite pictures, and you can just right click on desktop for next picture.

I think the best theme for windows 7 is default faster and easy to the objects. I mean the icons. and focus to your task. lol

what's your lappie specs? some of the laptops have preinstalled windows as well.

Free upgrade to windows 10. it's lighter and optimized resources.
