question. anyone having problem with USB charging from computer?

for some reason, today I can't seem to charge from my computer anymore T_T (however the problem seemed solved as soon as I dialed this number : *#*#46363*#* I got from this site :http://forums.androidcentral.com/1021103-post1.html . Dunno what made it fix, but just suddenly it worked ok)

The charging light indicator is charging, and the USB connection popup appeared (and I did chose USB charging only), yet the battery bar is not going up.

p/s: couldn't be wire/usb problem, since i used at all 4 different usb port I have, and also try swapping with my external HDD MicroUSB wire to charge, just making sure that it is not wire broken issue.
