glad to know that you manage to downgrade. now, I wonder which method you use for rooting, nowadays got simple application like AMT that is very easy to use to root, never tried that to root since I'm already did, but seeing from its interface and tried flashing radio, its indeed more easy. |

if you sure that you already perm root, than you can download AMT 1.4 (not sure this is the newest), you can get it from the 1st page (thanks to monza) or xda @Adriel I never encounter this, but seeing from the msg there, it seem that you had Exchange ActiveSync tick and htc sync through usb at the same time . you didn't do that? |

I don't use exchange activsync though, but the place you should find it on setting>account& sync if you don't use exchange activesync, or never setup it, then it might be other problem btw, I'm waiting for sir monza to upload virtuous 1.2.5 |

i'm not sure which backup app that suitable for unroot user, for root user, mostly they will use my backup root or titanium backup as far as I know google account kinda important for android phone, i use google for contact, calendar (appointment) etc . i do like it since its save on cloud, |

it seem the newer DHD member will become more expert on DHD stuff wince they need to do alot more research... btw, question to sifu, is there any other way to installing gmail other than gapps? |

sorry to hear the news, first missing case reported here (or just I don't realise it before), you can't wipe the data through htc sense? I wonder what else can we in such of this case, maybe by IMEI number. |

better don't upgrade, its make harder for you to root later, probably upgrade will make your phone more unsatisfied from what they're now, need to do factory reset, then lost all data. that's why you need backup |
