Now you're using LD 3.2.1 .. How about your radio , still stock radio ..? If stock, have you tried to flash to recommended radio ..?

Radio S-Off = Radio Security-Off (Basic explaination, to remove the htc security)

ENG S-Off = Engineering Security-Off a.k.a HBOOT (Basic explaination, you can flash radio, flash bootanimation or whatsoever because with this, you can gain full access to the system and recovery and can use all the fastboot command)

The eng s-off and radio s-off is not done via CWM. You nid to connect your phone to your pc (choose charge mode). Then you hv to run the exe file fr your pc

That VISIONary+ thingy only make your phone root but without S-Off. For S-Off, got other files to download.

Make sure you sync your talkbox with FB. Else you hv to get your friend email or user name in talkbox to add them manually

The process should be like this : Temproot > Permroot > Radio S-Off > ENG S-Off > Install CWM > Flash flash flash.

And no to forget, please tick USB Debugging in Settings --> Application --> Developement

You mean dual core or dual touch? It should be multi touch though.

what do you mean by dual touch is (=) multi touch games ..?
If so, then the answer is yes.  For example, Angry Birds is a multi touch game,
the new Cut The Rope also support multi touch, which DHD are fully support it. And I
forgot before this, I did play 1 game (forgot the name  ), can support 3 fingers at the same time.

AFAIK fot starters, they will choose ARHD to try. Because ARHD is the cleanest built rom. It looks exactly like stock rom, but with a few tweaks
and customization, bloat-ware free and got some improvement in battery life. 

We have lmost 8 - 9 roms here, so it's your call. Make your choice. 

Fruit Ninja also multi touch ma. I use all ten of ma fingers. lmao

gonna flash ARHD , it request ext4 , there are a download files is "Format data partition using EXT4 file system"

i download d , how to use that zip files ?

maybe to conserve battery,
there're option to increase wifi signal on sacrifice of battery ...

setting > wireless & networks > wifi setting > menu > advanced
