SGSII only rm2099? -.- why ours was rm2399 last time?

guys,any problems with you guy's camera? when im vid recording today,i found out that there 's something wrong with the words there,sometimes it ll go up side down.. on virtuous unity rom.. n my video is in vertical when im watching it again.. -.-

I jz wanna clarify something.viber calls re free only frm viber to viber right ? It ll still charge me if I'm using viber to call a non viber number ?
