thanks for the feedback guys...it is responsibility of management/developer to repair it, btw it's a new condo, just finish built and got the VP, collected the keys but waiting for CF, did my own inspection of my unit n found this problem...planning to take action..they must repair it correctly without any problem in the future...else i will sue them 
If you have just collected the keys from the developer, then it is still under the defect liability period. The developer is responsible to rectify all the problems/ defects. Not the management company. List down the defects and submit to the developer. Get them to acknowledge receipt and ask them for the date when the defects can be completed.Better to get all the defects done up by the developer (via their contractor) before you start your renovation work. Else, they will put the blame on your renovation contractor
