If let's say my condo (20th floor, 1 floor before water tank above me) ceiling always got water leaking problem, is it safe or recommended for me to install plaster ceiling? what safety measures i can take before installing my plaster ceiling, do i need to do any repair to my ceiling ? since water tank is above me, leaking problem might be frequent and i don't know how to stop this problem, but i want to install plaster ceiling (l-box) to my ceiling. any help ?

thanks for the feedback guys...it is responsibility of management/developer to repair it, btw it's a new condo, just finish built and got the VP, collected the keys but waiting for CF, did my own inspection of my unit n found this problem...planning to take action..they must repair it correctly without any problem in the future...else i will sue them smile.gif
