buy online better. i ordered on 30 may, got it on 15 June.
 I rather waste my time going around to find a casing for my ipad2 than to queue a few hrs to get the ipad 2.  |

I got mine from machines lot10.
Didn't even have a queue card, I just waited 20 minute+ since they open the shop to get it. All the queue card were given out when I arrive and 95% who took them are student. Most just came out empty handed, in a group of 5, only 3 bought it. Worst still, all 5 came out without buying anything. Those ass student really have no life, they queue all night and didn't buy anything, they just want to screw up genuine buyer. I took my time to purchase, I had breakfastmat Mac Donald then purchase it waiting for 20 + minute. So, to whoever is intending to wait for the next batch, u can just wait out awhile for those with queue card to finish and come out from the shop then go in to buy your ipad2. Or order online...... |

Got mine last Monday at Tristar MMU. Only had the 64GB for 3G so I just bought one even though I actually wanted the 32GB WiFi + 3G at most. No point waiting and waiting as I intend on using this primarily for study purposes. Oh I was also made to purchase a cover from the shop plus sign up for DiGi RM38 data plan

Was at macstudio lowyat just now. Saw a middle eastern lady buying an ipad2 (opening box and checking) so i quickly tell the salesguy i wanted a unit too. He had the cheek to buat muka selamba ask me "where got?" told him to follow me to the inside counter he dont dare to move. Straight give him one FU and walk off.

Just came back from The Spring Mall Kuching . Switch seems to have cleared all of their preorders and have 2-3 units of 16G Ipad2 wifi only lying around. And 1 of them is a 64Gb black wifi only unit. Its pretty close to closing time so if you guys are fast enough tomorrow , you might get to buy 1 at regular non jacked up price once they open.

Sales of the iPad2 is certainly dying down .. I think people finally decided to buy them online since customs are more "effective" now.
Only takes 12 days from order to delivery the last time around ... so definitely an improvement over the initial 3-4 weeks or wait for the earlier batch .... the queue excitement has finally died down ... |

queue is lessened but there is still queue mah...
the only way to say that the excitement has died is when one can just walk in and buy anytime, without having to queue or getiing told that certain model is out of stock. |

hohohoh!! I just got mine at MMU cyberjaya... 16GB 3G Black model.. Wanted to buy 32GB model but not available. So, I just grab 16Gb 3G lah. Hopefully it is enough as I only have 16gb for my iphone...
FYI, they still have 16GB 3G Black and 64GB wifi. The item must be bought with smart case. I dont mind with that condition as smart case is pretty cool on my eyes. . |

I just make an on-line order for ipad 2 16GB WIFI white on 10/7/11. Expect delivery stated from 19/7 to 22/7. Not bad wat.. better then apple retail shop where some need to wait for months.. All stock are out for PG...

Also can get from Challenger IT KLCC yesterday evening, bought one from them on Sunday, then the mic faulty, go again yesterday and to my surprise able to get 1-to-1 exchange even though at first ask me to go to Machines for warranty but I insist on 1-to-1 exchange....

yeap, you may try Challenger IT at Suria KLCC, I exchange mine yesterday evening at 8pm, I also shock they have stock 1 to 1 as I don't high hope for it...But even when asked they said they have many stock... they informed that now they buy the stock in high volume as previous transaction when they take full payment from customer, when the ipad2 stuck and didn't arrive as planned , they have been curse by customer, so now they just stock it rather than taking full payment from customer....

Previously the shortage caused purchases from the Apple online store to have delays but now they have increased their production volume/speed so buying online will be shipped out really fast. If there are delays, usually the culprit will be at the Kastam's side.

hi,
i found out from one of the owner of an apple store that the stocks for IPAD 2 is shiped to his shop twice every week as he also sells to companies and need big amount. He also mentioned that it is hard to get one if walk in as normally it is pre-order. He also said if want, he will charge handling fee and delivery charges for the product, but it is better to get it by hand but pre-order to him... if want by hand, then need to discuss place to meet up... anyone interested in this? if yes, then i'll let him know and ask him to give out a proper quote regarding this "handling fees" and "shipment charges"... |

still a student here.... just caughed up all money to buy a new car... no gathering more to build a new rig... then hopefully next year an IPAD YAWWW!!! |

got mine in Switch Mines...just walked in the kedai...ask...ipad 2 white 16gb wifi ada? then that guy go in check for me..he said ada...n i simply said..." nak 1 "....before that went to digi center in mines...that chinese guy selling ipad2 16gb wifi for rm1560...when i ask why is the one expensive than apple is selling, he said ipad2 from apple cannot detect wifi if you go oversea...gila la....mau tipu orang, he thinks im stupid! the only diff is it is 4.3 version...can jailbreak...not like apple 4.5 version yet cannot jB one!
