Am using one right now and so far so good. Already started since 2 weeks ago..Lotsa progress to the extend chasing after me for tiles and to confirm certain stuff ...Boss is chinese and 1 sifu chinese follow by 3 Pakistani. 1 Sifu tiling...1 brick and major stuff and another general worker..

Hopefully all go smooth..Will see how it goes after another few weeks
