I would recommend my contractor. We built our house from a single storey semi-d to a double storey with him and he is now currently working on my apartment that I will be renting out. Plaster ceiling, reno, hacking, etc......good range of home furnishing like curtain also. Managed to get high end fabric for my own home and not so expensive range for rental apartment. Satisfied, all in all.
