Has anyone used BIIG Renovation since their contact was shared by Danielle? Would like some feedback to help me decide.

Just wanna share my experience, I have personally engageed the said contractor, BIIG renovation or Ubah Suai Rumah BIIG.

Response was good when I initially contacted them. So we scheduled appointment for site visit. Mr F came on time and everything was good up until this point.

When I showed and explained some of my requests for quotation, he did not take any note at all (or maybe he's good at memorizing). Unlike other contractors, they take note and measured and stuff. But Mr. F did explain some of the concerns and also gave some input and advices. So after all is done, he left and said he will prepare a quotation in a week.

However, since that site visit, there's no response from him anymore, not a single whatsapp msg or anything. I hope nothing bad happen to him, but if he's ok and ignoring all my msgs, then that's just plain rude. If you are not interested, at least have a courtesy to inform me or at least find some excuse like full slot or something.

Just wanna share my personal experience. Maybe they will layan you guys so who knows
