Engaged Mr Yap for my house renovation, very pleasant experience dealing with him

2. Awesome workmanship, even my tiler friend approve Yap's worker workmanship on subway tiles.
3. He is someone insist on long term sustainability and usability rather than just accepting user's requirement which can be non sense sometimes. He corrected me in few scenarios, or else i would have mess up
4. On time delivery, and he dont mind to revisit for loose item installation due to some late arrival accessories.

I contacted a few contractors in this page, and Yap price wasn't the cheapest among all (probably 10% above another contractor), but the price that you pay is worth it and you are working with him in piece of mind. The entire journey was good and we ended up become friend
