 How to permanently migrate to U.S ?, Need advice please...?

TS: Like the others mention, why don't you try Singapore first, it's the nearest country to migrate to.

And if you are not qualified to get a PR in SG, what makes you think that you can get a PR in the US with only RM20k?

Even for Aus/NZ, I think for someone like my dad to want to migrate, they would want to see like AUD/NZD500k or so in savings, what more the US. Or i might be wrong.

Maybe you should go to AUS/NZ for that working holiday visa and see if you like the place there, then maybe if you are able to find a permanent job after that, why not?

Not sure if the AUS working holiday visa is still valid or not though.
