you can get a number from HP to direct call them to help you. after you call Customer Support Specialist,Hewlett Packard Contact Center,
Toll Free (MY) : 1800-88-6998 (Option 2)
(SG) : 1800-278-0182 (Option 2)
after 1st time you call in, you can ask them give you a number direct call in.
