Erm guys... I think it is inappropriate for me to say this here, but do forgive me if it offended anyone.
I had ordered my dv6-6114tx on the 15/6/2011 and up till friday, not even a single call from HP to tell me anything regarding my order... The terms & condition stated that the delivery would be 11-14 working days right? If it reaches this coming Friday, it would be a whole month already!!!! Should i go and rant this to the HP customer service by monday morning? or should i continue to wait till all my tension and excitement about my new lappy are lost in the sands of time?

what is the part number of the bottom ram door cover? i accidentally broke one of the clips lol. warrany doesnt replace so i have to order, so i need the part number :S

I bought my 6114TX last last month (received it last week) together with 2 years onsite care pack. My understanding is since the laptop comes with 1 year warranty, my total warranty will be 1+2 years (total 3 years). but when I check online warranty, its only untill 2013. So is it the case? Can anyone verify those? Thanks.
