Hmm...I am a dv6 user (future) and there is one thing really bothering me right now is:
I've ordered the HP dv6-6114x (package with headphone) on 14/6/2011, and the status order for today is (Production), it appears the plan ship date is 26 September 2011 and delivery date is 30-Sep-2011...damn~!!! Izzit a normal thing for HP to take so long time to get everyone's orders done? or I'm in a special case.?
REALLY NID HELP FROM THOSE WHO BEFORE ME~

Sorry for the wrong code dude, It's dv6-6114TX not dv6-6108tx since dv6-6108tx already sold out that time I was ordering so I just pick dv6-6114TX...

AWWW, Have u checked the status of the order everyday? How is your status progression day by day? Any ridiculous delivery date shown??

Exactly my friend, This is the 1st time I try online HP service and this damn thing is happening! The phone service I tried a lot of times, it just ask me to hang on for like 30 mins and I'm forced to hang up cuz that was too damn long...>.< vmad.gif vmad.gif

Hmmm, now already 7 days after my order and I haven received such email so It can be 2 things going on with me right now:
1) my transaction is ok and the thing is progressing.
2) my order is too delay, they din even make the transaction yet...
hope it's 1) ...anyway my status now is "Production", is this status appears before your transaction is cleared?
