Boss, which one to disable is actually depend on your usage.
Like me i don't use HP Quick Launch, HP OSD, BeatsAudio Control Panel, Igfxtray, HotkeysCmds, Persistence, Bluetooth and USB 3.0 Host Controller. I disabled them all.

i also hope to disable more to start up faster but jsut duno that wat use....
