After you run the BIOS update it will reboot your pc. After that you can enter BIOS by pressingspamming F10 button.

^ If you don't care about dynamic and fix graphic switching i don't see any reason to update it.

I don't think this update is applicable to 6001tx since our is already fixed.

U using DV6? Download and run ATIGpuScalingFix then set the scaling you want and click ok. It's in the first post.

Try this.. run MPC-HC and open Options by pressing "O".

1) Click External filters.
2) Click Add Filter.
3) Select Microsoft DTV-DVD Video Decoder and click OK.
4) Tick Microsoft DTV-DVD Video Decoder and Click Prefer.
5) Click Ok and restart MPC-HC

No need to do any backup if u're updating BIOS and display driver.

I've put the direct link to 11.7 in the first page. Catalyst Application Profiles (CAP) is not a display driver, it just a profiles tailored to a specific games to get the best experience from it. Usually its for Crossfire configuration but sometime there is some fix for single card. Install or not is up to you. If you want to upgrade it to the latest CAP, make sure to remove the old one first.
