I have a situation here, i aldy updated amd 11.7 whole package .. but the HP assistant stated there is a update which is ATI technologies graphic and after i updated it, then the driver version went back to 8.830.6000 means older version is it ... does it more stable ? And i tried driver stop responding recently.. compared to last time with 11.5b + older BIOS :C

Try a different brand of DVD blank disc first, preferably Mitsubishi, Imation or Sony.
If you still experiencing problems, then try to burn something file a blank disc to ensure your DVD burner is working.
Lastly, you could try creating recovery media using an external DVD burner.

Add: WOW, your 6001TX got Blu-Ray too.. tongue.gif

i ran intelburn test 10 times on standard. i got 331 secs. max temp was 81.
but speed(gflops) varied from 48 to 41. why is that?
is it ok to run intelburn test often?

The flops varied, might be the TurboBoost..
Running it often is not really that much of problem, just similar like playing games...
