Go Hp Support Assistant to see ur product number..

Had u sent email to the carepack@sirius ...? after that need to wait 2 working weeks to get it settle before u get to see your 2year extended carepack warranty .
Mine is still not done processed even after weeks ==

You can't switch graphic if you have application that currently using 3D acceleration(eg: WLM). Close the application and u can switch the graphic.

The graphic driver stopped working. Happened to me many times with preinstalled factory driver.

Mine activated after almost 2 months. Lulz.

Not sure what happened. Try updating your graphic card driver by

1.right click on screen
2.choose screen resolution
3.click advance setting
4.click properties on adapter tab
5.click driver tab and click update driver.

6114 is auto switch... that y it not suitable for me to draw 3d...

Right click on Desktop and select Configure Switchable Graphic.

On the HP warranty lookup site, it shows my warranty is until 2012. Why is this? I bought the care pack, and emailed the form to the siruiscom people like 1 month ago.

Are they going to add another year soon? Anyone else been through this?

Give them a call. You can get the number in the 1st page.. or you can do like me, send another mail ask them to expedite the process while u cc too my.carepack@hp.com.

Sometime them outsourced guys is lazybusy.
